 Introduction
=========     A PSALM-A-DAY keeps the doctor at bay; 4 as the body needs food and water 2 live, so our soul needs the same; food and water 2 grow and gain strength. This is the 'balance' of man.  By reading a Psalm-a-day, which only takes a few moments of our time, reaps big rewards 4 our soul realm. We are so desirous of looking good on the outside that most forget there is the rest of us...our inside spiritual man who is starving. PSALM 10 -

A Song of Confidence [Faith is confidence in God] in God's Triumph over Evil -

WHY do You stand 'afar off' O Lord?  'Why' do You hide 'Yourself' in times of trouble?

02  The wicked in 'his' pride persecutes the poor;  Let them be caught in the plots which they have devised.

03  For the wicked boasts of his heart's desire;  He blesses the GREEDY and renounces the Lord.

04  The wicked in his proud countenance does not seek 'God';  God is in none of his thoughts.

05  His ways are always prospering;  Your judgments are far above, out of his sight;  As '4' all his enemies, he sneers at them.

06  He has said in his heart, "I shall not be moved;  I shall never be in adveristy."

07  His MOUTH is full of cursing and deceit and oppression;  Under his TONGUE is trouble and iniquity [transferrable habitual sinning].

08  He sits in the lurking places of the villages;  In the secret places he murders the innocent;  His eyes are secretly fixed on the helpless.

09  He lies in wait secretly, as a lion in his den;  He lies in wait 2 catch the poor;  He catches the poor when he draws him into his net.

10  So he crouches, he lies low,  That the helpless may fall by his strength.

11  He has said in his heart,  "God has 'forgotten';  He hides His face;  He will never C it."

12  Arise, O Lord!  O God, life up Your hand!  Do not forget the humble.

13  Why do the wicked renounce God?  He has said in his heart,  "You will not require 'an account.'"

14  But You have seen it,  4 You observe trouble and grief,  To repay 'it' by Your hand.  The helpless commits himself 2 you;  You are the HELPER of the fatherless.

15  Break the arm of the wicked and the evil 'man' [person];  Seek out his wickedness 'until' You find none.

16  The Lord 'is' King forever and ever;  The nations have perished out of His land.

17  Lord, You have heard the desire of the humble;  You will prepare their heart;  You will cause Your ear 2 hear,

18  To do justice 2 the fatherless and the oppressed,  That the man of the earth may oppress no more.

On the morning of January 8, 2012 I had a vision of boats anchored at sea, close to shore. Rough storms came that rocked the boats hard, yet the boats were immovable because they were anchored. However, through the storms, some boats lost sight of the truth – that they were safely anchored. They became weary of the storms rocking their boats, and out of utter fear and panic, they pulled up anchor and set out 2 sea. Some thought they would be better off on their own, away from the storms.

What the Lord showed me through this vision:  Don't pull up anchor.  Even in the storms that come your way, u must know that u are anchored in Him. Some have abandoned their path because they chose fear over faith, thinking they are better off to leave the hard, stormy course. God is delivering His people through the storms that come their way. He knows it's been tough, but He's anchored you safely on course the entire time. Don't let fear and doubt come in and cause u 2 get off course. God is saying stay on course where He has u safely secured, and don't pull up anchor with Him.

The Keys 2 Overcome Evil!

For several weeks I have had numerous encounters with the Lord instructing me 2 sound the alarm and awaken the warriors! At 5:00 a.m. on January 8, 2012, this commission was confirmed and amplified by an extremely vivid prophetic dream.

As the dream began, I saw myself in my office busily finishing a new book. Suddenly, I was summoned 2 the courts of Heaven. In a split second, faster than u could ever imagine, I was transported 2 stand within the most beautiful, brilliant light, the Living Light of the heavenly courts. Pouring from this radiant, pearl-colored Light came a powerful voice, saying; "Look and see!" 

An Evil Plot Exposed

This was not an invitation but rather a command. Suddenly, my attention was drawn 2 the second heaven, an evil, wicked place where I saw satan quite clearly from a place of perfect peace and protection. What I saw was beyond anything I had previously seen or encountered: satan was forming an evil plot and plan 2 destroy untold millions of people.

The foe of our soul, the devil, was giving orders 2 a principality in a wicked, cruel voice. Although he sounded very sinister, he was nevertheless very excited, declaring: "The time has come!" All Hell suddenly buzzed with expectancy. The principality summoned another demon 2 bring a box that appeared to be a chest, covered with a black vapor. The devil then opened the chest and removed a key, which he then gave 2
the wicked principality. That principality immediately inserted the key into his belly.

With the insertion of this key, an evil door was opened inside the second heaven, making a way for the passage of the principality who began 2 spin his head around so fast that he quickly transformed into a living black cloud, spinning like a tornado. I was stunned by what I saw.

Then the voice from the bright, beautiful, pearl-colored light spoke, saying, "His mission is 2 release the evil hordes upon humanity. Your mission is 2 stop him!"

I was then told 2 follow the evil, spinning cloud. The principality began traveling 2 earth, heading toward a vast, mountainous region much like the Bad Lands of the Dakotas. The spinning cloud landed in a cave on the side of a very rugged mountain. Suddenly I, too, was deep within the cave, which felt like the heart of the earth. Although it was darker than dark, I was surprised that I could see clearly, as if I were wearing night-vision goggles.

The cave reeked with the smell of death. The stench was beyond description, the entire atmosphere saturated with wickedness. Slowly, the cloud began 2 rearrange itself into the form of an evil being standing on two feet, but much different from a man. Its arrival in the deep cave caused a stir of excitement 2 untold numbers of demons who seemed 2b bound by some invisible force. The evil being raised the key that had been in its belly and prepared 2 release these demons of death.

Suddenly, a struggle began that was more violent than words can convey. The principality summoned demonic help and I knew that I must also call for Heaven's help. I began 2 pray loudly in the Spirit. My wife was awakened by my struggling beside her in bed. She had heard me praying in tongues and declaring, "Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy! Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy!" She also heard me saying, "Step! Step!" In the dream, I was shown that the only pathway for returning from this dark place was 2 step into the light. This is the meaning of Psalm 119:105, which declares that Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. During the dream, the Holy Spirit assured me that He would show me each step I would have to take 2 navigate out of the evil fortress of that dark cave.

At this point I awakened. My wife was praying with me during the struggle and related 2 me what she had heard me saying. The following morning, I was amazed when my son and grandsons came 2 our home 2 share some dreams they had also experienced that same night. Their dreams were also extremely relevant for the season we are in.

Call For Heaven's Help

In response 2 the demon hordes now being released upon the earth, we must call for Heaven's help and step into the light! We must sound the alarm and awaken the warriors of God, never forgetting that we are struggling against extremely deadly foes. Paul gives a strong warning and offers specific guidance for us in Ephesians 6:10-20 AMP:

In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides].

Put on God's whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.

Therefore put on God's complete armor, that u may be able 2 resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], 2 stand [firmly in your place].

Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God,

Having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace.

Lift up over all the [covering] shield of saving faith, upon which u can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one].

And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God.

Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people).

And [pray] also for me, that [freedom of] utterance may be given me, that I may open my mouth to proclaim boldly the mystery of the Good News (the Gospel),

For which I am an ambassador in a coupling chain [in prison. Pray] that I may declare it boldly and courageously, as I ought to do.

What is our response to this releasing of the demon hordes of Hell? We are not called 2 live in fear, but in faith, knowing that God has already given us His power (1 John 4:4). We are called 2 stand strong, knowing that our foe has already been defeated. Christ our King is already victorious (Colossians 2:15)! God has already transported us from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of light and love (Colossians 1:13)! We have already been given power to withstand the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19) from a position of peace (Romans 16:20).

Do not cease 2 worship the Lord with thanksgiving and praise, no matter your circumstances. Recognize that our Lord Jesus Christ is the Ruler over ALL. After He was crucified at Calvary, Christ Jesus took the keys of Hell and death away from the enemy (Revelation 1:18). And in Matthew 16:19, the Lord Himself assures us of this:

And I will give unto thee the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven.

We have also been given keys, mighty keys, to unleash the dunamis power and unconditional, matchless love of God in the Person of Jesus Christ, to seek and save the lost 2 the uttermost.

Our Keys: Power and Authority

What are these keys that have been given to us? The Greek word translated key in these Scriptures in Revelation 1:18 and Matthew 16:19 is kleis, a word used 2 denote "power and authority." This Greek word is from the root word klei, which literally means 2 "shut" or to "shut up." We have literally been given the authority to "shut" the doors of access to the devil on earth and to "shut" the mouth of the accuser who tries 2 convince us of Hell's victory.

Bind up those evil spirits! Rebuke doubt and unbelief! Bind up the evil hordes who oppress, depress, confuse, defeat and discourage! We have been given the keys to loose the will of God on earth.

Let us pray that the Lord opens our eyes 2 see our position and authority in Christ! The distance between Heaven and earth is gone, forever removed by the Father from His side through the sacrifice of His Son, in whom we are made warriors of mercy, love and truth. Placed in Christ in the throne room, by and with the Father, we have been given His authority on earth! Call forth the heavenly hosts with authority! Step into the light of Christ 2 follow the Lamb wherever He goes!

May these days be filled with the overflowing peace, grace and favor of God 4 u and your loved ones. Amen!

The Excellence of Wisdom

DOES not Wisdom cry out, And understanding lift up her voice?

02  She takes her stand on the top of the high hill,  Beside the way, where the paths meet,

03  She cries out by the gates, at the entry of the city,  At the entrance of the doors:

04  "To u, O men, I call,  And My Voice is 2 the sons of men,

05  O u simple ones, understand prudence,  And u fools, be of an understanding heart,


06  Listen, for I will speak of excellent things,  And from the opening of my lips will come right things;

07 For my mouth will speak truth; Wickedness is an abomination 2 my lips,.

08 All the words of my mouth are with righteousness;  Nothing crooked or perverse is in them,

09 My words are plain and clear to anyone with half a mind--if it is only open!


10 My Instruction is far more valuable than silver or gold.

Life Under The New Covenant

Hebrews 8:10 - … I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts…

What laws was God referring 2 when He said, “I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts”? He was certainly not referring 2 the Ten Commandments, known as the laws of the old covenant, since He said that He found fault with that covenant and declared it obsolete. (Hebrews 8:7–9, 13)

The laws that God puts in our minds and writes on our hearts refer 2 the royal law of love (Matthew 22:37–40), the perfect law of liberty (James 1:25) and the law of faith. (Romans 3:27) These are the laws of the new covenant.You live according 2 the laws of the new covenant when u are conscious of how much God loves u. And the more u are conscious of His love 4 u, the more your heart is filled with love. When that happens, u will love God and the people around u supernaturally and effortlessly. That is God writing on your heart the royal law of love — that we love bcoz He first loved us. (1 John 4:19)

Secondly, when u know that u are perfectly accepted by God bcoz of Jesus’ sacrifice, u can have the courage and liberty as a child of God 2 come boldly into the presence of your heavenly Father. And in His presence, He is able 2 write on your heart new desires. You will find yourself wanting 2 do the right thing at the right time. You will live life victoriously from the inside out. This is the perfect law of liberty operating in your life.

Thirdly, when u sense what God is writing on your heart and putting in your mind, and as your faith is activated causing u 2 trust Him and His love 4 u, He calls it obeying the law of faith. When that happens, whatever u believe, u receive!

My friend, God has made it easy — and u will find that it is exciting — 2 live life under the new covenant!

Prophetic Words for 2010-2013

John L. Moore is a cattle rancher, novelist, journalist and prophetic voice from Montana. He is probably best known 2 Elijah List readers as the friend and mentor of Ching Co Ten. (Only the Lord could put a Montana cowboy and a Chinese prophetess living in the Philippines together.)

Fourteen months ago the Spirit visited me for 11 days beginning on January 11th. It seems it is only now I am beginning 2 understand some of what I was shown. One of the words spoken 2 me during this time was "Delta." I also got the phrase "delta dawn."

Delta has many meanings, but primarily represents the fourth letter of the Greek alphabet (dalet) and is used symbolically in the Hebrew language 2 represent a door. In mathematical terms, it represents change or transition.

At the end of the 11 days my friend Ching Co sent me the prophetic word below. It seemed 2 sum up much of what the Spirit was saying, but I still had unanswered questions. I knew "Delta" was significant, that it represented massive doors opening, a change or season or epoch taking place, but nothing in my world changed at all through 2010.

Then just recently, during a phone conversation w/a friend, the pieces fell into place. I was slow on the uptake. My experiences began on the 11th and lasted 11 days. The implied message that I had missed was 2 prepare for 2011.

As my friend talked, I saw a brief flash of a map of the United States, and the state of Alabama was swinging like a door. The "delta dawn," I realized, would be a door opening 2 the Spirit in the Mississippi Delta region. Alabama was the key, but I sensed it was meant 2b a double door and the state of Mississippi was 2b included.

"Delta," I believe, represents a radical change of season or epoch. Things were set in motion in 2010 that we are beginning 2C manifested this year and will continue 2C manifested over the next two years, as Ching's word from January 22, 2010 points out.

The Lord impressed one other thing 2 me during this experience: We must sacrifice 2 go through the door, but there is a higher calling yet. We can go through the keyhole. It is good if we go through the door 4 we will reach the other side. Being dragged through the keyhole will be painful, but it will transform us into the shape of the key.

2010-2013 Are Crucial Years of God's Calling, Training & Choosing

For more than 10 years now, the Lord has been impressing 2 me these following verses and the Holy Spirit has been leading me 2 meditate and ponder them 4 interpretation and practical application.

These past few days, I felt the leading 2 share them 2 the Body of Christ. As always, my prayer is that u will put them 2 the test and 2 allow the Holy Spirit 2 speak 2 your hearts concerning your part in this grand vision.

Rhema Verses

As the Scriptures say, "I will destroy human wisdom and discard their most brilliant ideas"... Instead, God deliberately chose things the world considers foolish in order 2 shame those who think they are wise. And He chose those who are powerless 2 shame those who are powerful. God chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring 2 nothing what the world considers important, so that no one can ever boast in the presence of God... That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared 4 those who love Him." 1 Corinthians 1:19, 27-29, 2:9 NLT

So now the Lord says, "Stop right where u are! Look 4 the old, godly way, and walk in it. Travel its path, and u will find rest 4 your souls..." Jeremiah 6:16 NLT

Watch, Work & Walk in His Way
(God's instructions to His children)

Watch:
· Remember that our enemy the devil is a great deceiver, counterfeiter and copycat. He will try 2 imitate all that God is planning 2 do before they happen. These are the areas 2 watch for:

· There will be a resurgence in the occult. The entertainment world (books, TV, movies, games, reality shows, magic performances) will escalate w/these subjects, which will become very popular w/the people.

· Natural calamities and disaster will abound. Earthquakes, floods, unusual weather patterns will just be a few of them. What had happened in Haiti is just the birth pangs of things to come.

All these things are wake up calls and warning signs from God. He is calling the attention specially of His people around the world that NOW IS THE TIME 2 WAKE UP FROM OUR SLUMBER AND COMPLACENCY, AND WE CANNOT AFFORD NOT 2 TAKE ACTION.

Like in the past, He will not continue 2 put up w/human abuse of His creation. He has observed the extent of the peoples' wickedness and this has greatly pained His heart. Just like the time of Noah, and like the time of Lot when God warned him about His plan 2 destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, so today God is also revealing 2 us His plans and warning us His children about what will happen in the coming days so that we will not be caught unprepared.

Work:

God is looking 4 people who are willing 2 obey Him even when they don't understand what He is asking from them, just like Abraham when he was asked 2 sacrifice his own son; people who are willing 2 follow His instructions even when they sound foolish and stupid, just like when Noah was asked 2 build the ark.

God is looking 4 ordinary people (men, women, young ones, older ones) so that He can pour out His Spirit in a mighty way and manifest His power once again through them.

All God is asking from His chosen ones is a willing heart 2 obey Him, work w/Him and walk in His ways.

The years from 2010–2013 will be His years of calling, training and choosing, and those who are willing 2 follow Him will be known as people whose righteousness will be like a garden in early spring, filled w/young plants springing up everywhere (Isaiah 61:11).

Walk in His Way:

These are the instructions that God has impressed that we must remember as we walk where He will lead us:

· Waste not, want not. Be a good steward of everything that God has given 2 u (time, talent, people, resources). Pay special attention 2 His cycle of life and apply them in your daily living. What that means is that u must respect God's order and learn from it. Especially on the personal and household level, learn not 2 waste anything. Even though the value is insignificant, it is the HABIT that He wants us 2 LEARN.

Go back 2 the old ways, where people learned the habits of composting, using it 2 fertilize the land, then planting their own garden. Learn of ways how 2 improve use of water and electricity. In short, learn TO LIVE the mantra of REDUCE, RE-USE, RECYCLE. WASTE NOT, WANT NOT.

· Do not despise small beginnings. God will test us w/the little things He will impress on us 2 do. If we cannot be faithful in these small tasks, then we cannot be promoted 2 do greater things 4 Him. Learn 2b faithful in the SMALL THINGS that u felt led 2 do. These are your STEPPING STONES to a higher call in the future.

Vision of the Future

This was the vision the Lord showed me more than 10 years ago: I saw gardens w/plants everywhere. On empty lots beside high rise buildings. On rooftops, balconies and the ground. Every place where plants can be planted and every container that can be use 4 planting were all filled w/plants.

Then I noticed that aside from the regular fruits and flowers that it produced, every month, every plant, regardless of its type, will produce a UNIQUE KIND of fruit. The fruit was something that we have not seen b4.

I noticed that when people partook of the fruit, it brought healing 2 their bodies. But just like the manna in the past, this fruit cannot be stored, nor sold, nor profited from. It is a heavenly fruit given by God 4 His people, and no one will profit from them.

After that, the Lord reminded me of these verses:

And the angel showed me a pure river w/the water of life, clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and the Lamb, coursing down the center of the main street. On each side of the river grew a tree of life, bearing 12 crops of fruit, w/a fresh crop each month. The leaves were used 4 medicine 2 heal the nations. Revelation 22:1-2 NLT

A river flowed from the land of Eden, watering the garden and then dividing into 4 branches. One of these branches is the Pishon, which flows around the entire land of Havilah, where gold is found...2nd branch is the Gihon, which flows around the entire land of Cush. The 3rd branch is the Tigris, which flows 2 the east of Asshur. The 4th branch is the Euphrates. Genesis 2:10-14 NLT

The Interpretation to the Vision

The fruits that I saw were not just meant 2b symbolic, but one day God will do a work of supernatural intervention in nature. Fruits will indeed blossom, but there will be conditions where and how they will blossom.

God is currently looking 4 people who love the land and are willing 2 work w/Him in restoring it 2 natural health. And He will choose 4 nations, and will choose a people group or families who will become the steward of these heavenly seeds. They will become the source of these seeds that will be distributed to all nations in the world.

However, just like the manna from Heaven, these heavenly seeds will not profit anybody. And if anybody does try 2 misuse them, worms will also eat them up just like the manna that people tried 2 store 4 tomorrow when God's instructions were 2 collect it every day.

The people that God will choose will be those who love His creation, love 2 take care of it, respect His ways, and are willing 2 learn from Him. God will indeed choose the simple people 2 do significant things that will confound the world. Everybody is a potential candidate. God will show no favoritism. He is looking 4 willing, yielded vessels that He can work with.

The years 2010–2013 will be the years of calling, training and choosing. People will begin 2 feel a new love 4 His land and His ways. DON'T IGNORE THAT NUDGE. It may be as simple as finding ways 2 conserve water, light or food. Or taking better care of trash so it doesn't contaminate God's creation. Little things will mean much 4 God. It is in these areas that He will be testing us.

When the day of choosing is over, God will then pour out His mighty power over what these chosen ones are doing and it will awe the world. God will use these events 2 draw many nations and people 2 these places, and once again He will exalt Himself bcoz all people will know that THESE ARE THE WORKS OF GOD ALONE AND NO MAN CAN DUPLICATE THEM EVER.

Prayer for Discernment:
Almighty God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, send the Holy Spirit 2 breathe life into these words, if indeed these are coming from You. A Proclamation – A Year of Increase 
Blessing #1 - Increased Love
I decree that in 2012, I will increase in my love for God, for myself, and for others. (Matthew 22:37-40)

Blessing # 2 - Peace (Shalom)
I decree that in 2012, I will increase in perfect peace, wholeness, and soundness in my heart and mind, in all my ways, and in every situation. (Numbers 6:26; 2 Peter 1:2)

Blessing #3 - Increased Wisdom
I decree that in 2012, I will increase in wisdom from above because I love wisdom and ask for wisdom. (James 1:5)

Blessing #4 - Increased Grace
I decree that in 2012, I will increase in the grace of God that enables me both to will and to do of His good pleasure. (John 1:16; Philippians 2:13)

A Blessing in Every Trial

Yielded to Christ: In Every Trial There is a Blessing

There is an unclean spirit whose sole purpose is 2 convince us that he is God. He comes sounding very much like God and plays on our weaknesses and on our sinful thoughts and desires. It is sent 2 deceive those who have a strong gift of intercession, and it seeks 2 gain access 2 our hearts and minds 2 use our prayers 2 bring harm 2 the Body of Christ. One of its goals is 2 cause our mouths 2 come into agreement with the realms of darkness.

This demon may present himself as a gift of discernment or even a prophetic revelation. It may begin by flattering u and try and convince u that u are one of the few who really hear God's voice and speak for Him. It seeks 2 elevate your opinion of yourself 2 raise u above those who would be your teachers, thereby making u unteachable. These are only a few of the ways this spirit operates.

This demon is known as the religious spirit.
But don't let his name fool u – he is subtle, but destructive. He wants 2 gain access 2 your mouth 2 release Hell's destructive powers on the earth. And he seeks 2 gain access 2 your heart through any areas of your heart and mind that are not yet yielded 2 Christ, or any part of your heart that has been hardened by the presence of cold love.

I have seen this spirit deceive many sincere, godly people and use them 2 divide and destroy the Church. They feel they have been given a "message from God" that others in the Body of Christ are not right spiritually or have "secret sins."

They may have had a disagreement with a church or an individual, but instead of walking in true forgiveness, they become resentful toward them. Instead of praying for them, they begin 2 pray against them, asking God 2 bring judgment on them. They may even feel that they "know" what God's judgment against them will be, and pray according 2 what they feel it should be.

Believing that they are warring against principalities, they war against their brother or sister in the Lord. But in actuality, they are fighting against Christ Himself.

I have heard people say 2 me that "God" has told them that He is going 2 destroy such and such a church, ministry or person. But instead of them being genuinely terrified of that happening and praying against it, I have gotten the sense that they would love nothing better than 2 see that organization or individual destroyed.

Without realizing it, these people have come into agreement with the powers of darkness. Instead of standing in the gap for their brother or sister, they view them as being out of God's reach. They have unconsciously put them in the category of the "unredeemable." They may even feel that these people are standing in God's way of really displaying His power in the Church, and in an attempt 2 "help" God, they pray for their removal.

Instead of believing for God's mercy 2 prevail in their brother's life, they feel that he is not as "spiritual" as he should be, so they determine in their heart that God must want 2 wipe him out. THIS IS NOT THE HEART OF GOD!

Soulish Prayers

Prayers that are prayed outside of God's will and in accordance with the selfish desires of our own hearts are called soulish prayers. And when we pray against others, we cause the powers of darkness 2b released on them. This can cause horrific warfare for them. This is witchcraft, and if we dabble in it, we open up our own lives for these destructive spirits 2 come back on us and wreak havoc in our own lives.

"Do not judge, and u will not be judged. Do not condemn, and u will not be condemned. Forgive and u will be forgiven." Luke 6:37

"...For with the measure you use, it will be measured 2 u." Luke 6:38

It is very dangerous 2 assume that we know God's will for others and then pray for that 2 happen. We may find ourselves fighting against the will of God for their lives. We should always confirm what we feel we have heard in the spirit with the peace of God. If we do not have peace about the word we have received, if it does not come from a heart full of genuine love for our brother, then we should disregard it.

The Religious Spirit

The religious spirit is the same spirit that drove Paul 2 persecute the first Church. As he harassed a small group called the Nazarenes, he honestly felt that he was working for God. He killed and imprisoned hundreds of the followers of Christ and felt right in doing so. He was convinced in his heart that he was fulfilling the will of God.

Paul was positive that he knew what was right and that these Christians were evil. Furthermore, he believed they must be destroyed and felt commissioned by God 2 do so.

But when the Lord revealed Himself 2 Paul on the road 2 Damascus, He showed Paul that he was not fighting for truth, but for the realms of darkness.

What agony Paul must have experienced when he learned the truth of his actions. He did so much want 2 fight for God, and yet he found himself fighting against Him. How he must have agonized over his sin; his grief must have been immeasurable. However, Paul repented and turned from being the greatest persecutor of the early Church 2 being its greatest defender.


We too can turn away from praying for God's punishment 2 come on those we do not approve of, and start praying for God's will and mercy 2b evident in their lives. We can be led by the Spirit of Truth found in God's Word that says, "The wisdom that comes from Heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness" (James 3:17-18).

It is essential that we all seek 2 guard our hearts with the love of God because "love covers over a multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8). The Lord has warned us in Matthew 24:12 that the love of many will grow cold because of the increase of lawlessness, "but he who stands firm 2 the end will be saved" (v.13).

The only way of guarding our hearts is for our hearts 2b bound 2 the Lord. Any places in our hearts that are not yielded 2 the Lord are areas of vulnerability 2 the enemy.

We must not pray for others out of a sense of frustration or anger. The greatest and safest prayer we can pray for ourselves and others is "THY will be done!" Not their will or our will, but pray earnestly for God's will 2b accomplished in their life.

God Will Bless You

If u feel u have been the victim of soulish prayers or witchcraft u may at times feel a heaviness or an ominous sense of failure. You may have an increase of strife in your relationships, experience confusion or an overwhelming feeling of self-loathing. But take heart, half the battle is knowing what is attacking u.

Like it or not, u will need 2 pray for those who have prayed against u. Pray that their words against u will be powerless and that they will stop praying out of the will of God. Ask God 2 bless them with His peace, love and mercy.

Above all else, we must forgive them bcoz they really do not realize what they are doing. They are victims of this unclean spirit as much as we are. "We wrestle not against flesh and blood" (Ephesians 6:12), meaning: We do not fight each other, but we "wrestle" satan and his demons. The enemy is our enemy. And we do not wrestle in the natural but in the supernatural realm.

Repent of any unforgiveness u may be harboring against them or others and ask God 2 give u His unconditional love for them. And, if possible, be an encouragement 2 them – it will be very difficult for them 2 continue 2 hate u if u respond 2 them in love. Note: It may take time for the spiritual atmosphere around u to be cleared of all their prayers, so continue 2 cover yourself in prayer often.

Finally, be sure 2 watch how God will bless u through this, bcoz in every trial we face, there is a blessing in it for us if we yield 2 God. If the enemy has targeted u, be encouraged by it bcoz he must know of something very powerful in your future or he wouldn't bother harassing u.

U Have A Double-Portion Inheritance

 Isaiah 61:6–7, NIV
    6And u will be called priests of the Lord... You will feed on the wealth of nations, & in their riches u will boast. 7Instead of their shame My people will receive a double portion… they will inherit a double portion in their land...

You are called “priests of the Lord” because Jesus has cleansed u with His blood and made u kings and priests 2 God. (Revelation 1:5–6) And as priests of the Lord, God says 2 u, “You will feed on the wealth of nations, & in their riches u will boast.” And u will “inherit a double portion in their land”.

This promise came true for a church member who received his double portion while working for one of the top American companies in Singapore. Within a short time, he received two pay increments. And within just two years, he received an unexpected promotion 2 a senior position in the company. It was unexpected bcoz the norm 2 qualify for such a promotion in the company was four years.

He was also named the recipient of a privileged stock award worth a five-figure sum, the net value of which was likely 2 double, judging by the then prevailing bullish stock market. He acknowledged that it was certainly God’s favor bcoz past awardees were a very small number of top management personnel who had made significant contributions 2 the company. And only an even smaller per cent of their worldwide employees had ever received this prestigious award. He was only the second recipient, besides his boss, in the Singapore office 2 receive it.

This church member literally inherited a double portion — two pay increments, a promotion within two years and a stock award which was likely 2 double in value. Indeed, he was feeding on the wealth of the nations & boasting in their riches!

Beloved, believe God when He says that His people will receive a double portion. This double portion includes blessings of favor, fruitfulness, success, riches & health. In fact, the people around u will look at u & your descendants, & acknowledge that u are a people that the Lord has blessed!
